Still on our way South we came through Kalbarri a nice little town at the nationalpark, which is named after it. Some nice beaches are there, not very special but nice and they make a Pelican-feeding every day which is funny to see, especially when the Seagulls catch the fish from the Pelicans open mouth.
At Cervantes we played a little in the sand, like sometimes I was too arrogante to lower the airpressure, so I had a little bit to shuffle… afterwards it was driveable but still hard in the soft sand.
Next day we saw the “Pinnacles”, very crowded but impressive, breathtaking; this is something. I cann’t find the superlatives for it.
On the way to see Coalas we found a Gravity-centre, which is one of six laboratories in the world, where scientists try to messure the gravity-waves. They provide a small informative exhibition. So we could get a hint of what they are doing.
And than the Coalas, nice to see that guys hanging around in the trees to the pleasure of Perths inhabitants and the other tourists of course.
Now we passed Perth, which was necessary to refill our tanks with fuel and the stowboxes with food. We don’t like cities too much.
